How will my letter arrive?

All letters are sent in April & White outer packaging.

Should the address on the envelope be our real address?

The address you choose to have on your envelope is completely up to you, keep it simple or dream up a winter wonderland. The magic is just beginning.

I would like to write my own letter, is this possible

Yes absolutely, please select the ‘bespoke’ letter option and write the story of your little ones dreams.

What’s the difference between the ‘personalised with extra details’ and the ‘name only’?

The personalised with extra details letter, allows you to enter a range of elements that will tailer the letter to your little one(s).

The name only letter is perfect for gifting from grandparents and family friends and is personalised only with the addition of the little one’s name,

When should I give my little one(s) their Christmas letters?

Our letters are perfect on the lead up to Christmas, pick a special day and leave it somewhere for them to find to believe in the magic all over again.

I noticed a mistake in my letter, what do I do?

Please get in touch with us as soon as possible, quoting your order reference and we will hopefully be able to amend this before it is sent out.

How do I know if my order has been placed?

Once your order has been placed you will receive and automated order confirmation email.

What is the last order date to order your Christmas products?

Each of our products have their own lead times on the individual product pages. If you have a query or need something for a particular date, please get in touch and we will try are hardest to make it happen.

Bracelets

How long will my bracelet take to arrive?

All bracelets are handmade and can take up to 3 weeks. We will however try to get these out as soon as possible. If you need your items for a specific date, please get in touch and we will do all we can do ensure your order gets out in time.

How do I know what size to choose?

We have the measurements alongside all of our bracelets, and would recommend measuring your wrist so that the tape measure is snug but not tight, This will allow you to select the right size for your wrist.

Custom size measurements

If you would like to send in your own custom sizing for your bracelets, when measuring please ensure the tape measure is snug around your wrist, but not tight.
