Inside, you’ll find a touching Christmas message and story and whimsical words about the magic of Christmas. For an extra sprinkle of wonder, every letter arrives with a first-class ticket to explore the starry skies.

Each letter is beautifully crafted: written in elegant calligraphy, printed on luxury paper, and sealed inside a handwritten envelope in your choice of Holly Berry Red, Candy Cane Pink, or Snowy White. Every envelope is adorned with our brand-new 2025 illustrated postage stamp which offers a tiny peek into life inside The Timeless Sorting Office.

You will also be able to add your own little P.S in the bottom right hand corner.

• All of our letters come in a handwritten envelope

• Once we’ve personalised your letter this will be sent straight to print
